Isher Senior Secondary Public School was founded by his Holiness
Sant Baba Amar Singh Ji in 1979. It is run by the Nanaksar
Thath Isher Darbar Trust. The school is named after the two
founder saints of Nanaksar- His Holiness Sant Baba Nand Singh
Ji and Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji.
The school is affiliated to the Punjab School Education board
in Mohali near Chandigarh. It is an English medium co-educational
school. Students from as many as 75 villages make up student
strength of 2000. Education is provided from Nursery to the

The founder and Chairman of the school, His Holiness Sant
Baba Amar Singh Ji founded Guru Nanak Sikh College in January
1993 in Hayes, Middlesex. It was granted V.A. status by the
British Government in 1999. Lacs of pounds as grant have been
spent on the school in order to change its look and standard.
Catering to the needs and convenience of the students, the
foundation stone of new building for the Primary School was
laid by its founder Sant Baba Amar Singh Ji in January 2005.
This project costing around 16 million pound will be completed
in three years. With the completion of this building, 1200
students will be able to receive education in both primary
and secondary schools. This school has been in the list of
top schools in England.

Hayes, Middlesex, UK. We aspire to follow the model on UK's
English National Curriculum and syllabus set by Guru Nanak
School in London. The teaching style, training and standards
will also meet the standards established by teacher training
colleges in UK. Brunel University will play an active role
in staff training to PGCE standards.
